Is Javascript a hard requirement?
PubNub has SDKs available in many languages, and it's mentioned in the contest page that there are SDK's available in over 50 platforms... Is using Javascript an absolute requirement for this contest?

Hey Yosun - Thanks for your interest! Yes JavaScript is a requirement for this contest.

And in that case, is straight-on Javascript required?
And what about Unity Javascript... o.O

Technically UnityScript is a separate language. This contest is really around creating a multiplayer game with JavaScript. You may use any of the following JavaScript SDKs:
Web & Mobile
Node.JS
HTML5 WebWorker
Socket.IO
WebRTC
Titanium Appcelerator Mobile
PhoneGap
Sencha
Smart TVs
WebOS
ImpactJS HTML5
Construct2
Monkey
Qooxdoo
Hope that helps!

Well, UnityScript (aka Unity Javascript) is actually ECMAscript and Javascript is actually sometimes used as a synonym, so I thought I'd ask.
It would be nice to see a language-independent version of a PubNub contest, i.e., where we're free to use server-side implementations (LAMP, not node) - or Unity on clientside

Thanks Yosun - we'll keep that in mind for next time!
